Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In rare cases, processing may take additional time due to order volume, carrier delays, or inventory verification.

Freight deliveries may require an appointment or may be shipped to the nearest freight terminal for customer pickup.

Any such requirements will be communicated before or shortly after shipment.
7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to reship.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, please notify us promptly through the Contact Us form on our website.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, but carrier claims may take additional time.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped.
