Motive RV & Trailer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. Our policy for returns and exchanges is described below.
1. Return Window

You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests made after this 30-day window may be denied at our discretion.
2. Eligible Items

All products are returnable unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

3. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Include all original packaging, hardware, and accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if the item does not meet these conditions.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Our error: If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee

Items that were originally shipped to you with free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50%.

This fee will be equal to the actual shipping cost we paid to send the item to you or 50% of the original purchase price, whichever is lesser.

The restocking fee is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Any shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except if required by law.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled once the returned item is received and inspected.

If the item you want is not in stock, you may choose a different product or receive a refund.
8. Domestic Policy
We operate only within the continental United States. International returns are not accepted.
